The bible says that God is love! Read (1 John 4:7-21). Not that we loved God, but that God loved us! Jesus died on the cross for the ungodly, He died and was obedient to death on the cross while we were yet sinners! This was God's love demonstrated to us! He loves us with a perfect love!
No one could love you more or understand you more than Him! We with our little human minds can't really grasp His love the way we need to! But, if we ask His Holy Spirit to help us have an understanding of His love, then He will! The Bible talks about no good thing will He with hold from us!
You want a lasting love, one that can love you unconditionally, then get to know your Heavenly Father. And you will have to get into the Word of God to understand how God thinks, His thoughts and His plan for you (His will)! Then you can have a deep intimate relationship with Jesus. You can have as much of God, or as little of God as you want. You can get as close to Him as you want also. He draws near to those who draw near to Him. He loves you, and He's waiting for you to draw close to Him my friend!
